Headache
A headache is a medicinal state characterized by pain in the head, in some cases upper back or neck pain can also be considered a headache. Headache is considered to be one of the usually met local aches.
The most of headaches are not live-threatening and limited. Usual reasons are presented by migraine, dehydration, tension, sinusitis and low blood sugar. Headaches, met due to dangerous states as encephalitis, meningitis, brain tumors, and abnormally high pressure, are quite rarer in occurrence. When a headache happens in combination with head trauma the reason is commonly rather clear. The predominant cases of headaches in women are a result of estrogen variations in course of menstrual cycles. They can happen before, within or after menstruation.
Commonly headaches which are not life-threatening, are treated by non-prescribed painkillers as paracetamol, aspirin, and ibuprofen, but actually particular types of headaches require another, more serious treatment by special medicines as Imitrex. The possibility of headache happening may be considered by other special reasons (as specific meals or stress), which an individual is able to avoid.
