The medication is presupposed for the depression treatment.

Consume the drug on a regular basis according to the prescribed amount and not longer that it is necessary. Wash it down with water. Consider before giving it to kids. It takes time to produce any results and therefore should be taken during the whole period of therapy; the course must not be stopped abruptly. The therapy presupposes that you complete the course and not terminate the medication administration even if you start to feel better. In case you left out a dose do not try to make up for it taking two at once.

The following illnesses are contraindicative for the usage of the drug: Parkinson's disease, heart disease or recent heart attack, history of glaucoma kidney or liver problems, seizures. Pregnant and breast-feeding women are not recommended to take the medication.

Provided you have a need to combine the medicine with other prescribed or not remedies you'd better to consult with your doctor as they can interact and behave unpredictably. This especially concerns MAOIs, antibiotics, cisapride, cocaine, levomethadyl, droperidol or halofantrine and some else.

The medication has a number of light and serious side-effects. It can make you feel giddy and sleepy, make your mouth dry, impair your vision and etc. In case some of them appear to be troublesome or just general questions on the subject consult your pharmacist or physician.
