Generic name of the drug is diltiazem. It refers to calcium channel blockers and is presupposed for the treatment of hypertension and chest pain.

Contraindications: hypersensitive response to the medication; heart problems, low blood pressure, irregular heartbeat, liver disease or previous heart attack. The medicine can be dangerous for a fetus and infant therefore pregnant and nursing women are advised to consult the doctor before taking it.
