The medication (generic name - etidronate) refers to bisphosphonates, functions by changing the bone formation and breakdown cycle. Therapeutic indications are Paget's disease, conditions of irregular bone growth originating from hip fracture or spinal cord injury.

Contraindications: osteomalacia (bones' softening), bone fracture, ulcer, problems with kidneys, diarrhea. Do not exceed the necessary amount and the prescribed time of administration.
