Generic name of the medicine is procyclidine. It is a preparation of an anticholinergic agent. Therapeutic indication: Parkinson disease.

Contraindications: intolerance response to Kemadrin, angle-closure glaucoma. Other possible contraindications: glaucoma, mental or mood disorders, muscle weakness, ulcerative colitis, a blockage of the stomach, esophagus, or urinary trac, kidney or liver illness, hypertension, heart or blood vessel disease. The drug can be also incompatible with phenothiazines, and some others therefore you should be careful taking them together. Pregnant and breast-feeding women are recommended to consult a doctor before taking the drug.
