Generic name of the medicine is granisetron. It is a preparation of 5-HT3 receptor antagonist. Therapeutic indication: nausea and vomiting caused by cancer chemotherapy and radiation.

Contraindications: intolerance response to Kytril and other 5-HT3 receptor antagonists, current therapy with apomorphine.
