Lozol is a diuretic and is purposed as high blood pressure medication and also as salt and fluid retention reliever. Can be used alone or in complex with other medications, but in the latter case the doctor should necessarily be consulted on the matter.

If used as high blood pressure medication it should be taken regularly and for a long period of time if needed. It doesn't heal the disease but just controls blood pressure level. In case of usage it as salt and fluid retention reliever remember that it is not taken when you are unable to urinate. The drug must be taken once in the morning, the starting dose - 1.25 milligrams.

The medication is a diuretic and it may cause you to lose excessive amount of salt and potassium. If this should be the case, consult your doctor about potassium-rich foods or potassium supplements.

Pregnant women, people having liver or kidney diseases, diabetes or any allergic reactions should be careful about using this drug.
