Generic name of the medicine is telmisartan. It's a preparation of an angiotensin II receptor blocker. Therapeutic indication: hypertension. The medication can be taken either alone or in the combination with other medicines.

Contraindications: intolerance to the drug. Problems with liver, other intolerance reactions, diabetes, dehydration, angioedema, heart, gallbladder or electrolyte problems, if you are on dialysis, blood vessel disease - all this should be considered before taking the medication.
