The medication refers to immunosuppressants and it is presupposed for the assistance with the organ transplants to be accepted by the body and not rejected. This especially refers to immunosuppressants, potassium-sparing diuretics, bosentan, orlistat, disulfiram, fluorouracil, or metronidazole. It should be given with care to elderly people.

The medication should be taken on a regular basis and not mixed with grapefruit products. Do not make up for the left out dose taking two pills at once. Keep the medication in cool and dry place.
