Generic name of the medicine is efavirenz. It's a preparation of an antiviral medication referring to the group of NNRTs (non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors) and intended for prevention of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) cells from spreading and growing. It is presupposed to be taken in combination with other remedies of the same purpose for it to be efficient. It does not cure HIV or AIDS.
