Generic name of the medicine is diclofenac. It's a preparation of a NSAID. Therapeutic indications: rheumatoid arthritis or osteoarthritis.

Contraindications: intolerance to the drug, aspirin or an NSAID; recent or planned bypass heart surgery. Problems with liver, other intolerance reactions, diabetes, dehydration, hypertension, stomach or bowel problems, asthma, growths in the nose, mouth inflammation, blood disorders or blood vessel disease should be considered before taking the medication. If you are in the state of pregnancy (especially during the last trimester) or you are breast-feeding it is forbidden to take the drug. It is crucial to be careful while combining the medication with different drugs (especially with anticoagulants, probenecid, cyclosporine, lithium, methotrexate, ACE inhibitors, diuretics, heparin, aspirin, corticosteroids, SSRIs and some others) for fear of their underisable interaction.

The drug should be taken on a regular basis with water with food washed down with water. Do not make any transformation to the pills; consume the drug whole. Do not make up for the left out dose taking two pills at once. Be very careful giving the remedy to kids.
